FUUTO is the wired city where curious incidents break out. These series of incidents were caused by villains called DOPANTS who gains the magical power from "Gaia Memories" shaped like USB memory. Shotaro Hidari is the private investigation who is a "Half" Boiled guy and his buddy Philip transforms to KAMEN RIDER W to solve the difficult incidents.

FUTO (風都) est une ville branchée où se passent de curieux accidents. Ces séries d'accidents ont été causées par des méchants appelés DOPANTS qui obtiennent le pouvoir magique des "Gaia Memories" (mémoires de Gaia) sous la forme de mémoire USB. Shotaro Hidari est le détective privé, un homme "doux" (il n'a pas réussi à avoir la réputation de dur comme Philip Marlowe) et son copain Philip se transforme en KAMEN RIDER W pour résoudre ces évènements difficiles.
