After Fourze the Riders were made oblivious to the existence of Kamen Riders. They were played up as urban legends and usually in a crossover the main hero of the current series would be christened Kamen Rider by his predecessor. I think that stopped with Zi-O for obvious reasons.

I've been getting comments about people saying, "Why did I ruin it?" or "Why didn't you just leave the original music in?" So I wanna clarify a few things. First, I wanted to make this video purely for fun. My intent was NOT to completely replace the original OST that played in the movie. I did not intend to ruin anything from the movie at all. I made this video cause I wanted to see how Wizard's show OST would work in his movie cameo scene. Second, I techinally didn't ruin anything. This was just a modified version of that scene. The original scene is still perfectly intact with the original OST and everything in the original movie. If you don't like the music I edited into the scene, that's perfectly fine. You don't have to like it. If you wanna watch it with the original music, just watch the movie on Kissasian. I don't want to upload the original scene cause I don't want to get into any more trouble with Toei and copyright issues. I'm sorry. Lastly, I am not officially associated with Toei in any way. I'm just a fan on the Internet who wanted to make a video based on Kamen Rider cause I love the series and I wanted to make a "What if" video. Please don't think I made this because I was angry in any way with the original OST. I just wanted to make this for fun. That's all.

From what I've read, the word he uses that's translated as "mage" here gets used in Japanese subtitles for an English line to translate the word "wizard" in the Gaim x Wizard Sengoku Movie. In other words, it means wizard, as far as the production was concerned.
