In 2009, when I saw Double’s cameo. I immediately said to myself. What would the 20th heisei rider be like and would decade return in 10 years. Fast forward to 2018 and yes he did as well as the 20th heisei rider being stronger than decade. Boy time goes fast and in 2028 when the 10th reiwa rider is revealed, zi-o might make a return.

And yeah I TOTALLY feel you on the whole Decade thing, what should have been something epic got turned into a big old mess..though while I am growing to like Zi-O's opening....not sure how I feel about the rest of the music used in the show. I mean I get they want it to sound like a neutral royal who could be easily swayed to one side or the other but.....I dunno.
