We are too quick to promote yet , we are failling to sign players ... Who is going to guide and mentor these youngsters on the field as we no longer have senior players on the field. Management says that they want to rectify mistakes but they are just sitting and doing nothing to acquire outside talent . They doing the same mistake by taking things for granted.. Management must know that the technical team will not be playing on the field ..we need players ... Other teams are acquiring players ...we busy awaiting to announce a new coach of which is already known by supporters ...whats the point ... Yaa Management ye Chiefs is so relaxed ne! ...And when we fail to achieve again then they will not be accepting their mistakes ... People are busy praising the likes of mainoo,Saka,Guler yet they dont believe in their South African young players. All those young players needed a coach or technical team to guide them and intagrate them into the first team. They are the future of our team and national team. If you have been following chiefs since the era of jabu pule you will know that is the chiefs way. Ertugral is the only coach who ever mastered the craft of getting the young once to full potential hence Da Cruz's credentials support his capability to get the best out of them. They are investment for the team monetary or in terms of team stability.
