You need to go to the CurseForge website and download the shaders you need. Make sure you download shaders for your version of Minecraft. Then put the downloaded file with shaders into the "shaders" folder in the minecraft files

The chest room under the stairs could be moved to the area that just had the table at the window,that area under the stairs could a mine entrance.Also label your chests and you may end up needing a few more furnaces,you might also need an animal farm.Finally I'd recommend a dog farm.(Just two wolves in an enclosure that you can breed for more wolves so that losing them isn't your in an intense situation.)
