I watch most all of your build videos. I took about 1 - 1 1/2 off from the game so I know I'm playing catch up. This is one of the first ones that I've been able to come close to doing. I had to substitute Uzina Getica backpack for Palisade Steelworks and (temporarily) substitute the Petrov gloves for the Uzina gloves. Even with all that, I'm still 2.1m armor and decent damage. I would love to know where you get all the God rolled gear attachments.

I have a saved build loadout that I usually run quite often when I join random heroic or legendary missions. It is a 4 piece, Eclipse Protocol sticky/pulse status build with vile mask, Golan gloves with armor/status/skill dmg, honestly, everyone should have one. It's an old build design that has been around for a long time now and it will put them rogues in their place. What's really great about this build is you can always change your sticky to flame and pulse to your hive and this build will do a TON of damage. Both sticky and fire will spread to all of the npc within a certain distance of each other upon kill while active. If you also run the build with proper talents on your guns, you can overclock the skill tier and increase status dmg as well when shooting them.

Loved this build, but what are your suggestions on more crit damage,,as I run the chill out mask maxed everything, ninja back pack, Fernis A/B chest pc.maxed crit.,,2pc Negatiable Dilema and Groupo Knee pads 205 weopon Damage and 197 crit dmg. with 121 bonus to all weapon damage, Lexignton,and Chatter box smg, with Orbit Revolver,but only 1.2M armor, any reconmendations.

Interesting build. Well thought out. Just curious, would this same build be better if you had, say, weapon handling and\or headshot damage attributes instead of cc or chd? I only ask because I'm still trying to figure out how to use my Pesty to it's...besty?

Every pestilence build I run has 2 piece Petrov for that weapon handling. Definitely helps with any lmg.

@Kamikazevondoom Here's an idea! As it stands right now the "COOLER" rifle is completely useless. No one is using this weapon with the talent that is presently on it. But if it were treated in the way that the St. Elmo's Engine and the "Shocker Punch" holster work together, the weapon could be a viable part of an awesome CC build. Make it where the Cooler rifle works in conjunction with the "Snow Machine" knees. Activate a SE on any enemy NPC which will in turn initiate the "Snow Effect" on said NPC's. Shoot those npc's with the Cooler rifle which will activate what I would like to refer to as the "Frost Bite" talent. This talent in PVE causes DTH and in PVP reduced movement speed. The Frost Bite talent is a SE talent but unlike others it is not spreadable via the Creeping Death talent so anyone with the snow effect on them must physically be shot with the Cooler. Although it will activate the "Wicked" talent should you choose to use it. But all other SE's, the Creeping Death talent still applies. (i.e. hit a NPC with for example "Riot Foam" and the effect spreads to all other npc's within the designated range. Now all those affected by the Riot Foam/Creeping Death combination will have the snow effect on them.) With the Frost Bite talent being of SE origin the Vile Mask will also work in conjunction with the Frost Bite talent. The more "Health Damage" on the build the greater the DTH (Damage To Health). Just an idea.
