Ubisoft has leaned that if you nerf things in PTS1, and give back a little in PTS2, that players will complain less.

It's a smart play in my opinion. Do what you're trying to do in the first PTS, and depending on the backlash, you know what to change before the second one. Most games just do whatever changes they're going to do and then deal with everyone being pissed until when/if they end up walking it back.

@TheBigBlueMarble because they switched out a lot of their development team. Once they did, we started seeing them doing PTSs and TU. They found a route that let's them try out changes with the player base, without it directly impacting the game as a whole before those changes are ready to be implemented. IMO it's a great method from an implementation, and let's face it, and a marketing standpoint.

Noticed bighorn optimal range went from 27 to 40. Thats a buff yet that number 40 is in red as if it were a nerf also pestilence got a huge 300 rpm buff lol

I'm just going to make an ar or lmg tank build. With the chest piece that's 80% weapon damage regardless of distance. That plus the new holster or Coyote's mask and you'll be putting out some decent damage

If you think about it, you can still use Virtuoso with the Rifle being automatic. You don't have to stack and just take the 40% weapon damage on kill (80% with chestpiece). A good alternative to Aces & Eights imo.

Virtuoso might not be too bad. I try to engage enemies at longer ranges anyway, and usually have to take out a rusher or two in between firing on the enemies further away. And most of the time, I have either an SMG or Shotgun as primary, and an AR, Rifle, or LMG for secondary. So Virtuoso may fit my play style perfectly. I'll have to try out the PTS to test it. EDIT: I saw nothing about the Shield Splinterer in there. Does that mean they're keeping the Phase 1 nerf, or completely reverting it back to it's current goodness?

I did a countdown this morning and the build that I usually use that shreads was useless. Three mags or more for a yellow kill. Took three of us too take down a chunga I know that I put 6 mags into it.😢

Heartbreaker shouldnt have been buffed to begin with. heartbreaker is a survival/tanky dps set, striker is pure dps, they shouldnt be remotely close in damage.

I saw something about them adding to the UI where it highlights the enemies in a certain color indicating how far away they are to make the seasonal modifier easier to deal with. Any word on that? Also, I was typing this question as i started watching the video, so disregard if you end up covering this later in the video.

Never used sledgehammer or mosquito pistol and still won’t after this. Not likely to use the new gear set either as it sounds awful. So once again nothing worth staying with Div 2 for which is a shame as I’ve loved this game over the years. The one weapon that needed a nerf in PvP was the Nemesis but it’s not been touched.

Hi I hope someone could help, I recently make my character in PC into level 40, I already defeated keener and now I want to farm Level 4 Control Points, I already putted the Global Settings on Heroic but they don't pass of Level 1, I had to leveling up those control points doing the connected activities to the control point, when I already finished the control point, the control point doesn't stay on Level 4 after the log out, I don't know why, every time I logout and returned the control point is on level 1 again

Wow, I'm so glad I quit playing Div2. Honestly, how many more gear sets and weapons that just get nerfs and buffs does it need. I just can't be bothered with playing this game anymore nerfs and buffs don't create substance or depth expansions do say like survival the piers, underground and give me winter.
