Long story,,, PART 1 OF MUGO'S STORY..
Mugo was a village robber, terrorizing local shops and neighbors' homes and later graduated to large scale robberies using guns.
He was so lucky he never got cornered during his robberies though he lost several accomplishes in gun fights with the police.
He was married but he got himself a clande who lived at Ndumberi shopping center.
MUGO'S brother knew about his mistress and approached her informing her that Mugo already has a wife at home and that he was just wasting her time.
MUGO'S mistress informed Mugo about the conversation which hurt him. It's after this that Mugo went to his brother's house and set it on fire.
This led to his arrest and convicted to 5 years in Kamiti prison. It's at this prison Mugo witnessed men "marrying fellow men" and engaging in sodomy openly.
He also says you could be killed if caught flirting with another man's "wife".

Immediately we finished high school one of our classmates went to Nairobi to look for greener pastures...later on we received information that he was caught stealing,beaten to death then burned.. This story made me remember him. Ujambazi ni mbaya and its sad that most of them start at a younger age and advance when they grow. Thats why as parents even if your child brings a pencil or any other small thing that isn't his/her, lets follow up..

OMG this story brings up traumatic memories. The group attacked us in our home twice in Kiambu in 2010. They were fully armed, threatened to kill my dad. They took everything they wanted both times. Luckily no one was hurt.
