The whole bias perspective from Nazuna to Kawase suddenly makes a lot of sense when you find out that they were actually good friends 3-4 years ago. For context, a clipper named "yd" clipped a collab of Nazuna, Kawase and SqLA where the two of them found out not too long ago.

its different for some prefectures. some prefectures still carry the old laws of 13y/o it comes with consent from parents and the couple itself, many other prefectures are on 16-18 y/o. but i think last year it was raised to 16 y/o, i only read it on passing news. gotta look it up for details

The Japanese gang law solves the problems of rape and sexual relations. Article 177 of these laws stipulates that anyone who has sex with a woman under the age of 13 will be sentenced to three years’ imprisonment. The law clearly stipulates that a sexual relationship under the age of thirteen is a crime, so the age of consent becomes 13 years old. After Article 34 of the Child Welfare Law stipulates that the age of adultery is 18, there is still an ambiguity. Fornication refers to having sexual relations with unmarried people. Anyone under the age of 18 can be called a child. Therefore, according to the law, the age of consent is 18 years.

I don't know law-wise, but I think 20 is generally the age where people are considered to be "adults" in Japan socially. Which is why the 20th age celebration in Japan is a big deal (and from what I know, 20 is also the age where people are legally able to drink alcohol there), and that is probably the reason why Kamito said what he said.
