By the way the full project phase 1 AND phase 2 is 180 million. What we see is just Phase 1.

That fly over is so small and fake ,😂😂😂 don't do our only flyover in Uganda like this oooo. And it took 5 years to build and 200M $???? Noooo no no. Enough money to build highways. It's not even a flyover, it's a simple bridge for crossing the streets.
