I also noticed it. we still have a problem of carelessness in Uganda. But wonder if its a disease that affects everyone. I used to stay on rental houses where we shared a toilet. But no body wanted to keep it clean. So in Uganda maintenance is a problem everywhere. But why? Does it start from our homes?We cant blame leaders, because leaders come from our homes not from another country!
