Very good views. I like the aerial footage. This footage entirely shows Uganda's problems. It's bodaboda and taxis overcrowding the CBD. Uganda needs a new capital, Kampala is no longer enough or sustainable no matter how much they try. A new city would relieve Kampala from it's problem. Lets remove Govt Ministries to their own City and build on that like Dodoma City in Tanzania. Dodoma current houses 75% of the Govt and more are expected to move their as the infrastructure gets finished. Impressive drone video, well done. It's not an easy job.

You don't have that money. Plus it's such an easy cop out when you can develop the metropolitan area to relive Kampala as well as interlink cities with things like rail. There are more practical solutions.
