Accuracy is countered by hidden sigma values. Sigma = normal distribution. The russkies have the pre-0.8.6 where gaussian curve is more steep while the rest has a more rounded off one, making it as likely that the shot lands towards the edge of the aim circle as in the center.

I would rather they fixed the broken aiming over a ridge-line to lead a target but you can't hit it because with out a backstop the server reticule goes straight up and so does your shell. (WG -all you do is put an invisible wall around each grid square with 0 opacity and 0 collision but the aiming reticule has something to latch on to).

Once people find out it has abysmal sides on both turret and hull. They load HE and there is nothing you can do you will die in it. You can shoot sides standing in front of it

6:54 You mean not at all All you have to do in most tier 8 heavies is just shoot the IS-3 hull. Even if its angled directly towards you most heavies can easily go through anywhere on the front (yes even the pike nose. The IS-3 is weak now.) apart from areas on the turret.

Because it must be pretty balanced, as far as I know the fv 215b was never nerved or buffed since it was released. Don't always feature op tanks feature tanks that are balanced or have weaknesses and try how to play those tanks to use their strengths.
