白菜を切って白い部分を鍋に敷き詰めて豚肉スライス入れて白菜の緑色の葉っぱの部分を豚肉スライスの上に入れてワンカップ大関ぐらいの大きさのグラスに、日本酒１杯とお水１杯入れて蓋閉めて中火で白菜がヘナってくるぐらいまで炊いてから薄口醤油をお玉１杯入れてほんだしか昆布だしの粉のやつか昆布茶を大さじ一杯入れて少し炊いてから味みして薄かったら薄口醤油足して味ととのえたら出来上がりやでぇ!めっちゃ白菜食べれるでぇ!やって見てぇ!😄

I enjoy seeing the different Asian grocery stores you visit. I spent several years in the Navy in the 80s, and it is great to see things here in the US that you used to have to go to a gourmet store, or go to a particular country to see it (like Nutella, Orangina, and chrysanthemum tea) We have several Asian stores in our area (southeast Virginia).

Hi Kana, you can get thinly sliced meat in H marts and 99 ranch stores, any large asian grocery store will stock a good variety. H mart is usually better quality in my experience
