Let me tell you something about my experience. Last year, I thought of doing a course in UI/UX Design(a part of software development and web design), which costs around 50-60k in Bhubaneswar but I researched more and found out that it will cost me 20-25k, which is 50% less, in Bangalore(with guaranteed job security and best facilities). So, this is the situation in Odisha. However, I hope people will grow out of their Govt. job mindset and these industries will come to light.

More company means more State income tax for state. Every month IT workers give state professional tax to state of karnataka...Also we have to move from mining based economy to IT & manufacturing based economy.

Why should the students of Odisha will join ABD group? 35 k is a huge amount. It's better to join Hyderabad based Institutions only in 10k. and the whole course will be online and time does not matter, anyone can choose their time based on their availability.
