1 to 1.5 Tsp - Tea Powder
1/4 Cup - Fine Sooji
1/2 Cup - Curd
1 Tsp - Powdered Sugar
2 Cups - Maida
1/2 Tsp - Baking Soda
1 Tbsp - Oil
2 Tbsp - Coriander Seeds
2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp - Fennel Seeds
8 to 10 Pieces - Black Pepper
5 to 6 Pieces - Cloves
2 to 3 Pieces - Cinnamon
2 to 3 Pieces - Green Cardamom
4 to 5 Pieces - Dried Red Chillies
2 to 3 Tbsp - Dried Poemegranate Seeds
For Gravy
2 Tbsp - Oil
1/2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp - Asafoetida
3 Pieces - Finely Chopped Onions
1 Tsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
