An explosion has occurred at the military communications academy named after Budonny in Russia’s St. Petersburg city, Russian telegram channels reported. At least 8 people were injured during the incident, two of them are in a serious condition. According to some sources, several people have died. According to preliminary reports, the incident has been caused by an explosion of a training projectile.
