I really love the scent and taste of juniper. There is an age old Scandinavian tradition of using juniper in brewing beer and I have tried it, due to my love of the smell and taste in gin, and it is wonderful 😀

Not sure that I've had Juniper berries in a brew. I've had blackberry, blueberries and raspberries amd of course orange and the more common fruits. Have a good one Lee!

Macduffs is good stuff! Really easy to overload if you weren't warned about it lol 🤣 I have a spreadsheet with all my gear in it for exactly that reason, I'll forget what I have. I love black rock too, so unique and reminds me of living on Vancouver Island
