I'm sure she's okay with meeting fans of both Kiara and Cake girl IRL but yeah hanging with others is a huge risk. But luckily JP Simps are mostly 2D simps and not so interested in 3D so those who are actually interested a small minority; meaning if they even do see Kiara IRL they'll probably just keep it to themselves and not do anything.
