What if the project has dev team working with Scrum and Deployment team working with kanban. deployment team keen on delivery on time, but during the deployment, he faced some bugs or code problems blocking the delivery. if he raised the bug to dev team, he will put it in the next or later sprint which cause delivery problems.

Make time in the sprint for supporting deployment , this should be around 10% of the capacity and it shouldn't affect the sprint goal
