The title simply means kanchaet spreads/pushes/thrusts out its stems. Kanchaet (Neptunia Oleracea), commonly known in English as Water Mimosa, is an edible aquatic plant. Kamping Puoy (Ludwigia Adscendens), Water Primrose in English, is an edible aquatic creeping herb. In the second verse, the line "I gave it my all," in the original Khmer it’s "I threw my entire body," meaning he gave it his all.
