You may have already realized this by now, but the Combat Mastery point to kill a Slayer Monster doesn't require you to be on-task. So the easiest way to achieve this is to buy some fungicide from a Slayer Master, go to Fossil Island and kill an Ancient Zygomite (57 Slayer req, so it fits the bill).

Fossil Island is a bait. Just go to Zanaris and kill one of the regular zygomites who are much easier but also count as level 57 slayer mobs.

Once you get the sixth range mastery, most of those upgrades won't matter. Ranged attack increases accuracy, but you never miss with the final mastery. Knives are also really good because they're super fast 😊

F echos are a huge upgrade, kill a >=55 slayer monster (doesn't need to be on task) to get the last range mastery. Equip range strength + tank gear (range attack is worthless with mastery) and go for echo DKS, the drop rate is really good.

with combat mastery 5, msb and rcb (on rapid) are both 2 tick weapons

Yeah in general 4 tick weapons become worse than 5 tick once you hit last speed relic with the way it rounds since their attacks speeds become the same.
