Phaedra started and promoted an accusation about Kandi and Todd being sexual predators (i.e., they drug and sexually exploit women on the regular) encouraging Porsha to make it a storyline for national broadcast. That is defamation, specifically slander. That is a crime. As a lawyer, Phaedra knows that, which is why 1) she tried to get Porsha to make the accusation on camera and 2) Phaedra was verbally tapdancing when confronted about her scheming on camera at the reunion. Do you really not understand why Kandi would be enraged? Meanwhile, what Phaedra did is nothing like what Kenya is alleged to have done (for which there is still absolutely no proof). Revenge porn has a very specific definition, which involves lack of consent. If the image was in the public domain, then this new woman is just lying to gain sympathy...which there seems to be more evidence for than not. If the image was not in the public domain, then it still is not revenge porn.

What I took from Kandi's statement was if there are no rules to the game, then how can there be consequences from BRAVO for the cast's actions? Edit: the cast members choosing not to film with someone is not Bravo firing a person.
