You must remember that this is the type of stories Pheadra and Porsha made up about Kandi before so, it's always going to be a sore spot for Kandi especially if you call her a liar. She even said she threw up and drew helped her so to kiss her would’ve been gross. Her first reaction was a denial, at the reunion she said they did, then she’s saying again they didn’t. All I know is Drew has maintained she didn’t and it really should’ve been left in S13.
