Kandulu Roshi | Uthurun Dhekunah

Famous for its massive mangrove swamp, Hdh. Neykurendhoo and its population relied heavily on "Kandoo" as a food item during The Great Depression. "Kandulu Roshi" is one of many dishes prepared in Neykurendhoo, which incorportates Kandoo as a main ingredient. It is a spicy and flavorful thin pie.
This video also shows another way to enjoy Kandoo with accompaniments like coconut flesh, Garudhiya (fish soup), fish, and a zesty combination of chili and lime.
