I think just like anything else in Apex whether or not the prestige skin is worth it depends on the player. Same with an heirloom. As a Wraith main, I like the prestige skin more than the heirloom recolor idea.

Should've been 1m damage for the best prestige tier 3. And less money for the active skins. You have 2 types of heirlooms now.
