The new cream pearl has a warmer richness to it. I would call it an orb painting, sounds way more interesting than "blob" I found it interesting that your unsold paintings seem to have 2 color combinations that must not be popular for home decor. 😉 I am definitely a gold girl, however I think silver would look great with this color combination. Have you ever tried adding both gold, a different color, then silver? I'm thinking using 5 colors, gold as #2 and silver as #4.

Hello Kanella, I have a few questions. 1) how should paints and other liquid supplies be stored? I live in a one level duplex apt should it be a cool place like the garage which is cold because it's winter here in Indiana. 2) When you flood your canvas are you using Floetrol mixed with another color for the background and ease of flow for the blowout? and lastly 3) How long does it take for the finished painting to dry before adding the product that gives the painting the shine? Thank-you! Sharon
@KanellaCiracoArt2 жыл бұрын
Paint supplies should be stored at room temperature. Not cold. All my paints are mixed with water and floetrol. Same goes with the base paints. It’s paint, water and floetrol. Drying time depends on the temperature in the room. Could take 2 days or 5 days. Mine typically dry in 2 days. Once fully dry I add a top coat of resin.

You're work is always phenomenal and this one is no different. I agree about the gold against cream but at first glance the sheer gold spots are misleading. To me, rather than adding to it looks accidental-like a stain almost. Not a big deal but it is on my screen a drawback. More gold might have been a solution. But overall, your work is amazing!
