Hey everyone back again with more Multiplayer Monday! This time we are doing the explosive egg obstacle course where each person has to build a vehicle that can free carry an egg from one side of the obstacle course to the other!

Very cool challenge. Those explosives make it more fun than I expected. How about a demolition challenge: build a vehicle that can pick up loose bombs, take them over to a mock skyscraper, and drop them around the base. Repeat several times, and the first one to topple their skyscraper wins :)

You should definitely try making some sort of software system using the Modpack's memory block to store instructions to be interpreted and processed.

I think this needs a revisit, but as a relay race. Same idea, but with two teams of two. One person from each team starts, while the other waits after the first obstacle, where the teams have to successfully pass the bomb off to the second person. Then while the second person is doing their obstacle, the first gets in position to accept the next hand off.

The first thing I thought of was making a simple gyroscope and let gravity keep the "egg" level, then use pistons to put it down, but what you did works too. Anyways, love the vid and congrats on 100,000 subs. Keep up what you're doing :)

I have a team challenge for multiplayer monday: 2 teams, one makes cars to climb a mountain the other makes traps to stop the other team from knocking a mcguffin or thing off the top of the mountain. The climbing team has to stick to the roads

Something with the explosives. Yay. For next mm i want you to make a tension aa gun using a 3 by 3 explosive, some logic, and the router block. Use the spud guns logic and sensors to make it explode when its near a plane. 2 people will be manning the aa and 2 people will build bombers with a max of 2 thrusters and reloadable explosives. There will be no respawning if your plane gets damaged

idea for a new challenge, you cant use blocks normally, you have to use the sharp stuff mod to cut wood that is in 4x4xwhatever chunks, then race with what youve made, i know your tired of races but its just an idea.

My idea was to get a simple car attach the spoon, put a sensor on the end of the spoon with a thruster. Attach the thruster to a piece of suspension so it absorbs some of the thrust. Link sensor to thruster and set it so it always stays level

It takes too long and is too big. It's also very impractical for speed. You arent allowed modded ones or modded vehicle enhancers.

Really great idea :) Really bad design lol I would've tried with self balancing. But you have to play with center of mass then and may be some gyro help instead of sophisticated suspension. Would love to see that. I challenge you in a duel :D

Next Challenge: Build a vehicle that’s made entirely out of bombs (other than bearings, wheels, motors, seats, etc.) so it explodes instantly if you literally touch anything, and then do a race. That would be pretty intense too!

Very neat challenge idea, though painful to watch at times. Could do a variation on this -- the egg drop challenge. Have to drop your explosive egg from a certain height and have it not blow up at the bottom.

I'm not so sure. It definitely seems to be impact-related, since hitting it laterally with something can cause it to explode and by far the simplest way to code it so it works in both dropped and hit situations is to just work out impact velocity. In which case suspension or other things might help. Should be easy to test: drop a bomb from a height known to cause detonation, put a thruster on the bottom to slow it down just before it hits.
