After failing to clear the censorship requirements of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Kangana Ranaut's Emergency is finally hitting the big screen on January 17. In an exclusive conversation with CNN-News18 Showsha's Titas Chowdhury, Kangana along with Anupam Kher and Shreyas Talpade talks about the struggles and the crisis they went through while making the film based on the life of former PM Indira Gandhi. Kangana shares that she was scared when the CBFC stalled the release of her film and how she took it for granted that releasing Emergency would be a cake walk now that BJP is in power. She further reveals regretting her decision of directing the film, how she never intends on making another political film and talks about her friendship with Salman Khan.
