@@mojodank you can read patanjali yoga sutram, once samyama is achieved senses become much more percieving and there are high chances that one can fall in to ego, and thats when higher stages need to be achieved, and rishi patanjali do suggest to establish a guru inside you. Yoga is one of the ways to realise oneness of all and the eternal truth.
