Wow, Kangol Kid had many talents and much more, I never knew that he could sing or played the piano. Yes he said in Roxxane but we were used to his rhyme....He is an extraordinary person. May his soul & energy live on. 🙏🌅🕊️🙏💯

yes we met in 81 in high school only say whatup here and there by october i transfered to weight lifting thats how we met if you watch a video on how he met FULL FORCE those guys Appeared in the first House Party Movie we have a similer story i liked this girl but she didnt like me so she called her Boyfriend we fought so full force came up to our school looking to fight Kangol kid while he was Break Dancing with his crew they were Dancers too besides Rappers thats who introduced them to Another Rap Group Whodini Already in the Rap industry anyway i could go on and on everything happens for a reason RIP kANGOL KID wont be forgotten good man a Mentor miss you bro got the chance to see you again way back in 2005 we hugged laughed out loud from my crazy stories love you bro

i went to high school with Kangol kid from 1981 i smoked but not everyday i quit a few times during the years from we met way back he never smoked cigs you dont have to smoke to get Cancer we young and dont know everything my mother quit smoking in 1983 caught Breast cancer in 1996 went thru KEMO passed away in 2000 i aint kangol after he went on to RAPPING until 2006 thought i would never see him again but we seen each other hugged laughed out load i told him i never forgot about you some people think this is a joke or fake story i dont make up lies anyway i said listen to me bro while am still in Brownsville i was supposed to be before you in the RAP INDUSTRY he said WOW i said i had a few partners too he said weekes you BUGGING i said sean i love you bro where you at he said i just came to check the FAM the last thing i said was we gonna see each other again after hearing about him passing on i got in touch with his family they thanked me for my thoughts kangol was before his time a Mentor Teacher dont mess up in school because he would put you in check he didnt believe in failing i testify to that RIP miss you bro

I was born in london left in 1979 i didnt go to Withrop Sommers where i met Mc Lyte love her we spoke a few days ago cant wait to see her again its been so freaking long YO in 81 the High school Wingate in september i was into Soccer so that same year Lawrence Taylor was Drafted by the New York Giants thats what got me into American football although i wanted to be Running back anyway no football team i asked my Guidence counselor but he said no we dont would you like try our Weight lifting program thats how i met Kangol Kid we would see each other but just say whats up here and there in september by october we became good friends in 82 i failed a class test and all i could remember was seeing these white Sneakers walking up to me saying yo Weekes i got the Teacher to give you a retest COME on you know you can PASS that TEST when he left to form UTFO i would see the other members asking for him then in 2006 he snuck up on me something told me to turn around while i was buying cigarettes he never smoked i quit a few times so i turned around saying Sean hes smiling with those Hyena teeth i said i gotta bone to pick with you we hugged each other i said Man did you know i had a partner in Brownsville and was going in from late 79 to Rap he was SHOCKED i said yep everything he said About not giving up Bought back memories i testify to that and i even told him i never forgot about you sean he thanked me saying Yo lETS GET THIS MONEY but we parted i said Kid you know we gonna see each other again am july of 1966 hes August i got in touch with his family they thanked me for my thoughts miss you Kangol Kid God Speed

My granny house is on E 91st.shout out to the old hood.R.I.P kangol...too bad u black women were not his preference.Whats crazy is he did fundraisers for breast cancer(my granny from his hood died from it)...but cancer of the colon ended up taking his life.
