Music Composer Rakesh Tripathi captures the mixed feelings of sadness, jealousy as well as playfulness of Radha Rani, the divine love of Lord Krishna (lovingly called “Kanha”). In this song, a deeply rooted composition in the Hindustani classical tradition, Radha Rani expresses her angst at the prospect of separation from her divine love. She compares her fate with that of his flute. She laments the fact that the flute is a constant companion of Lord Krishna, while she bears the pain of separation when he leaves.
