Ummita, got a few tips for you : 1. Your breakout could likely be the result of the makeups you often apply to your face . So stop using makeups unless it's extremely necessary (embrace your natural beauty and feel confident in it anywhere anytime) 2. Breakouts also occur as a result of stress. so make sure to rest well, drink water regularly and manage your time such that you only have time for important events/activities every other event/activities should be cancelled/postponed 3. Pls try to get a nice Assistant so you can delegate some of your activities. As I'm seeing now, you're really doing too much stuffs on your own. I admire your hardwork but pls slowdown and take it easy! Have a nice day😊
