Kansas Experiment Failed?

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback implemented severe tax cuts that can be described as a real live experiment in supply-side economics.

So, you raise the sales tax instead of the income tax? That's rather regressive of you. Sales taxes hit lower income families much harder than high income families. Wealthier families spend less and save more than lower income families.

What do I care about Kansas? If they're stupid enough to be lab rats, I think it would be good to let the rest of the Supply Siders see what becomes of their economic philosophy.
