I find it bit interesting. Years ago, I contacted Kerry Kivgren via email and started asking him some questions about his time with Kansas as I am an extreme Kansas fan. Much to my surprise, he told me he didnt want to talk about that period in his life as he claimed, "it was so long ago." So, I let that conversation drop! And with that being said, what do I see here? Kerry Livgren sitting in with Kansas, which in my opinion, is exactly where he belongs! The Heart and Soul of the band! Correct. I saw the original band 16 times from 1973 until the conclusion of the Audio Visions tour.... nothing that has been done since will ever hold a candle, and the Elephant man records and tour were awful trash to endure and cratered with the public upon the release of the second record which was so a stink fest it didn't sell and couldn't sell tickets to the tour . Good riddance to that failed experiment, I don't count it, ridiculous attempt to cover Walsh. Embarrassing.
