And actually K-State outscored KU for almost the entire second half. KU made a little run late in the game, but we were able to keep them at arm's length throughout the entire second half. Great win, Cats!

Not actually a long road to post season play. If K-State gets to 18 wins, I think they are an absolute lock to make the NCAA tournament. Especially with victories over Iowa State in Ames and against KU in Manhattan

Problem is the committee has historically placed a lot of weight on non-conference performance and KSU has nothing in non-con.

@ Playing in the Big XII conference more than makes up for the KSU non-conference schedule. K-State played some very good teams in the non-conference in St. John’s, Drake, and Wichita St. St. John’s is one of the hottest teams in the country and Drake just recorded their 22nd win. KSU just needs 6 more wins and they will be in
