I did not expect an undefeated season or a national title from this team, but a Big 12 title appearance or a playoff birth...hell yes!! Disrespected? You make millions coaching and 7-5 or 8-4 is not the standard in this new era of CF. My concern is how bad we looked at times in wins and losses. You and your staff deserve to be disrespected...feels more like 6-6 for several reasons.

The game is so much different than it was when Snyder was here. It’s not even the same offense so how could he help in any way with play selection?

I’m a die hard ISU fan up here in Iowa and I will say that although my fellow Cyclone fans don’t like this much…K-State is my second college football team. Only when you guys face ISU do I root against you. Good team, classy organization not perfect, but classy and feisty on the field overall. Good game! Cheers and best to you all in your Bowl Game

When our field goal was blocked i knew we would lose...preparation and attention to detail are lacking. This coach will not get it done. With ou and texas gone i really thought kstate would exert itself and take over but seriously doubt klieman has it in him.

They competed this game, just too many turnovers. 8-4 is not a bad season, just under what most expected. They will learn from it and get better.

What causes turnovers and missed opportunities? This is the question that I am asking myself: Is it youth? Avery is very young and so are many other key players; Is it possible that they are lacking self-confidence and therefore very anxious and unfocused when critical plays must be made? That said, is there some dynamic between players and coaches that leads to too much riding on a particular play or the game as a whole? What is causing that self- defeating dynamic? I wish I had the answer(s). In every game the players have periods of really poor play, yet many times they follow with a period of play that suggests they have superior skills and superior athletes; They don't seem to be able to maintain the superior play. Are the coaches putting too much or too little emotional responsibility for success on the players? Again, what is the dynamic that causes these ups and downs?

Coach k, we were picked to finish second in this league we should have went 10 and 2 at worst and if you're happy with eight and four and your coaches are happy with eight and four, you shouldn't be the coach of this football team

Considering this is easily one of the best conferences in the country, 8-4 is very good. BYU and Arizona State beat us soundly, while this game and the Houston game could have gone either way. Still going to get a solid bowl opponent

K-state looked totally inept. No accountability. Avery Johnson who is rated very high looked totally incompetent. Every time I have seen him, he has turned the ball over (Interception, fumbles, etc.). Every time he has turned the ball over, the momentum has changed. Giving up a safety was horrible. He could have run many times, but decided not to. Harward who in OSU is doing well and not sure they decided to replace him with Johson. 'It is a hard business'... that is why your are paid $5M. Not impressed with the coach.

What a disappointing season, worse yet, there is no hope for next season, for the years to come. The entire structure and mentality is built for mediocracy. We are not growing athletes no more, we are just using athletes for the time they are here. Hack, why not, they are paid for being here anyway, most teams doing the same thing anyway. Advise for fans: don't expect too much.
