A fantastic band. Unique kind of music. I am from west africa. I discovered the band in 1979 when I was studying at University of Maryland. Still a week does not go buy when I don’t listen to a Kansas album. Long live Kansas

Greatest live album of all time. Especially if you listen to the extended version on the two cd 30th Anniversary from 2008! Unbelievable musicianship

I am french, born in 1961. I discovered "Two for the show" in 78-79; more than 40 years later, I continue to listen to this album as if it was the first time. Maybe the best album of modern music for me, completely hypnotyzed by "Magnum Opus". Simply, Music plaid by Gods. Thank you a lot Kansas for the happiness you have given me

Thanks for posting this gem. Two for the show is one of my favorite live albums from any band, and this is a real treat to hear them from around this time in the career.

I just found this? I remember in thev80’s trying to obtain this and another Kansas documentary or similar and not being able to. Thanks for sharing it.

I have always considered Kansas to fit the Progressive Rock genre. Their musicianship and synchronicity were equal to Yes, ELP, Rush,Pink Floyd and Dream Theatre

Steffan Pila It's cool that Kerry Livgren wrote "Closet Chronicles" all the way back to their first album in 1973 and doing it live once on their first national tour. Absolutely Amazing and then they include the song on the "Point Of Know Return" album in 1977. Awesome.

The original six really aren’t replaceable even though they have replaced them with other musicians they’ve never really quite sounded the same. Doesn’t mean the new guys are horrible musicians it just sounds different I miss the original six

KANSAS is my favorite prog-rock band, Steve Walsh's voice and Kerry Livegren's songwriting, and Robbie's rock violin set them apart from all the other prog-rock bands... YES is my second favorite prog-rock band... I love Jon Anderson's spirituality in his lyric writing! I saw KANSAS 4 times in my youth... I saw the LEFTOVERTURE tour, the POINT OF KNOW RETURN tour, the MONOLITH tour, as well as the tour for the live album... Some of the best shows I've ever seen!!! I miss Steve Walsh in the NU-KANSAS lineup. Sorry, but Ronnie Platte leaves me flat! Great albums, just not great KANSAS albums. If you haven't heard THE PRELUDE IMPLICIT and THE ABSENCE OF PRESENCE, buy their new albums and support the bands you love! Nobody can tour due to covid-19, so it's the only real ways these guys can earn income. And though I don't hear the new line-up as being KANSAS, but a KANSAS tribute band, I still love the two newest albums for being what they are.

Mostly agree. I think Ronnie Platte is terrific and the albums The Prelude Implicit and Absence of Presence are awesome -- just as good as their early works!

Sorry, I don't think so. It was recorded and pressed onto a limited number of LP's for radio stations back in the day.
