Dad graduated from the school of Veterinary medicine in 54. He and Mom saw some great players from 50-54. Ahearn was built in 51, his second year. Mom commented during warm ups that no way were those players going to shoot from way out there. Dad said, just you wait. Lol!

I kinda believe that Tang is a good guy and played the part as such at Baylor, but I believe the “good cop/bad cop” approach works- I think Tang and his staff & players are a bunch of “good cops”… but someone or a couple guys (players & coaches) needs to be the “bad cop”-Demanding SOB…and despite that not being Tang’s “style” he needs to let or make that happen…

Wichita state comment from Tang is about trying to attract the talent he is seeking from other markets. He wants to schedule someone his recruiting targets know, and that’s not WSU. When Tang said NIL he meant “players” not “givers”.

Tang has the same issue Weber had. We seem to be incapable of drawing up plays to manufacture an easy bucket when we need to break a drought or a run. For the love of god, draw a back pick and get a back door layup to get yhings going. There is no excuse for not having at least 2 or 3 set plays every game, especially at home, where you are setting up a back door lob for Rich. The kid is absurdly athletic and tries break the rim when he gets the chance. The team needs that energy, the fans need that energy to get the building rocking. Will you pull them all off? No. But you have to try to run those plays. What i struggle with is if Tang was coaching high school kids that didn't have D1 athletic ability, how the hell would his team ever get baskets?

These guys trying to boost K-State's long term rep by putting down WSU is a fail: WSU has a recent Final Four. WSU has a recent undefeated regular season and final ranking of number 4 in the nation. WSU has a louder and tougher home court environment. Criticize Tang any which way you want as he's an adult baby and religious fanatic, but don't diss recent WSU basketball to do it.
