I got a new microphone, which I tried out today. Please let me know how the sound quality seems on your device or system.

Thank you for considering a lapel microphone, Professor. (I was one of those who had suggested it to you.) There is a little static noise, for some reason. But, even so, the audio is much much better than before. Thank you!

Yeah the only problem consistent with your videos is that fuzz persisting throughout the entirety of the video. I haven't experienced any examples (although I haven't seen all of your videos) where you were especially hard to hear or there were audio syncing issues etc. Unfortunately I have no advice for you, I'm an absolute novice with audio engineering. But I bet there are some students in your university who would laugh, say "oh it's just this one thing you have to do" and then boom, problem fixed. Possibly a lapel mic or something. Though, that said, I enjoy hearing your students responses. Just ask the audio geeks in the building!

Literally just saw that you have a lapel mic, so I guess it's something else lol

Sounds good how much do these students pay to be certified (C) for courses like this ...yours are really well planned and thoughtful. He taught systematic racism because lifes not fair.

You either need new connections, you have the settings too hot for the microphone, or you have the mic too close to a power supply because there is much feedback. The voice quality itself is good though.

Hegeleze I couldn’t hear that buzz in the original file, but it sure is evident in the uploaded version. I’ll work on getting rid of it.

Voice quality is noticeably improved, only small issue is that static feedback

Working through Mark Manson’s new book Everything Is Fucked and got to the chapter on Kant and The formula of humanity. He’s made a convert of me! Can’t wait to watch this video after I finish the book.

Any possibility of centralizing the camera to the board in future videos... My view overall is that Kant's attempt at illuminating universal law = failed, but what has been said is useful. Could you recommend further videos aka Universal Law?

I center the camera whenever I can; sometimes the classroom setup makes it impossible. My most recent video on Kant's formula of universal law is here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJKwhWeHhMakaM0

Just a question prof, are you familiar with Jordan Peterson's philosophy? Laying all the contemporary political work aside, what do you think of his assertions regarding the philosophical thought instantiated in his course 'Maps of Meaning', and the way it relates to other philosophical theories on meaning like romanticism, nihilism, etc.?
