I don't think I've heard a rap song with an instrumental this mind blowingly beautiful before until I heard Kanye's song Flashing Lights about a week ago! I first heard it when walking to college and a car drove by and I could hear Kanye's voice, so I obviously knew to just search him up! Some of it is reminiscent of the Glow in the Dark tour version. I don’t know for certain, but I’m pretty sure Mike Dean was involved for that tour. Also, I doubt this was actually composed by Mike Dean. I think someone else made it with inspiration from Mike Dean music and the tour.
