Personally, I think the first house you went to, next to the workshop, is best. Close to the workshop and dock, easy for quick loot drop offs

Thanks for your walkthrough. You seem very thorough and easy to follow. Q: @1:10:55 mentions about making the cutter. I have all the ingredients but for some crazy reason the 7 gears in my pocket are not registering. Also still trying to locate “the power” to run the oxygen tank station. Running low on air in scuba tank. I’ve swam and searched in the wreckage below the “lily type pads” where indicated on the map but to no avail…Any ideas? Have already saved and relaunched the game a number of times.

The power unit is in the underwater garage under the lily pad flowers and it's on the wall of one of the garages. 😊

No, 99% of the time you won't have to restart. It's a very rare occasion that you have to restart when the game goes full release. Hope this helps! :)
