Usha Janome Stitch Magic machine par silai aur bobbin winding ek saath nahi ho sakti. Machine mein bobbin winding aur stitching alag-alag processes hain, aur inhe ek hi waqt par nahi kiya ja sakta. Agar aap bobbin winding kar rahe hain, to machine only bobbin winding mode mein hoti hai, jisme aap silai nahi kar sakte. Jab bobbin winding complete ho jaati hai, tab aapko silai mode mein switch karna padta hai aur upper thread aur bobbin thread ko set kar ke stitching karni hoti hai. Agar aap notice kar rahe hain ki silai bhi ho rahi hai aur bobbin bhi winding ho raha hai, to ho sakta hai ki bobbin winding mode mein kuch galat settings ho, ya machine ko manually bobbin winding mode mein set karna na ho. User manual ko refer karke aap bobbin winding mode aur sewing mode ko sahi se set kar sakte hain. Agar aapko lagta hai ki koi issue ho raha hai, toh machine ko restart karne aur correct modes ko switch karne ki koshish karein. Hope this helps! 😊

Aapki problem kaafi common hai, aur isko solve karne ke liye aap yeh steps follow karen: Feed Dog Adjustment Check: Jis knob se aap feed dog (daante) neeche karte hain, use ensure karein ki woh lock position mein sahi tarike se set ho. Kabhi-kabhi knob fully rotate nahi hota aur daante apni jagah par nahi aa paate. Machine Restart Karein: Machine ko off karke thodi der ke liye chhod dein, phir on karke check karein ki daante properly lift ho rahe hain ya nahi. Manual Adjustment: Agar knob kaam nahi kar raha hai, toh feed dog ke neeche wale screws ko check karein. Screwdriver ki help se daante manually lift karne ki koshish karein. Oil Application: Aapne oiling ki hai, lekin ensure karein ki oil sahi jagah par laga ho. Feed dog ke hinge ya moving parts mein jammed residue ho sakta hai, jisse woh properly move nahi karte. Service Center Visit: Agar in steps ke baad bhi daante nahi lift ho rahe hain, toh ho sakta hai ki feed dog mechanism mein koi issue ho jo repair ki zarurat ho. Aap apne machine ke nearest service center par contact karein. Agar yeh ek Usha ya Singer machine hai, toh unka customer support contact karein. Normally, yeh issue chhoti mechanical adjustment se solve ho jata hai.

Yahan kuch steps hain jo aap follow kar sakte hain: 1. Machine ki Safai Karein Dust aur lint jam hone se machine ke moving parts friction create karte hain, jiski wajah se zyada awaz hoti hai. Solution: Needle plate aur bobbin case ko kholkar clean karein. Soft brush ka use karke lint aur threads ko remove karein. User manual me diye instructions follow karte hue machine ko clean karein. 2. Proper Oiling Karein Agar machine me lubrication ki kami hai, toh friction aur noise badh jaati hai. Solution: Machine oil (light sewing machine oil) ka use karein. Bobbin area aur moving parts me halki oiling karein. Ensure karein ki oil zyada na ho, aur kisi kapde se excess oil ko wipe kar lein. 3. Needle Alignment Check Karein Needle sahi se set nahi hone par bhi extra noise ho sakti hai. Solution: Needle ko correct alignment me lagayein aur tight karein. Check karein ki needle blunt ya bent na ho, agar ho toh nayi needle lagayein. 4. Thread Path Inspect Karein Thread improperly set hone par tension aur noise issues ho sakte hain. Solution: Ensure karein ki thread sahi tarah spool aur bobbin se pass ho raha hai. Thread tension ko adjust karein (generally medium tension pe rakhna best hota hai). 5. Bobbin aur Shuttle Check Karein Bobbin aur shuttle assembly me alignment issue noise ka common cause hota hai. Solution: Bobbin case ko clean karein aur ensure karein ki bobbin sahi tarah set hai. Bobbin aur shuttle ko check karein ki kahin wear and tear na ho. 6. Presser Foot aur Feed Dogs Inspect Karein Presser foot aur feed dogs ke alignment ko bhi check karein. Solution: Ensure karein ki presser foot sahi tarah tight hai aur feed dogs smooth function kar rahe hain. Feed dogs ke neeche lint ko clean karein. 7. Service Technician ki Help Lein Agar above solutions ke baad bhi problem solve na ho, toh machine ko service center le jayein. Regular servicing machine ke life aur performance dono ke liye zaruri hai. Additional Notes Electric Motor Noise: Agar machine ke motor se zyada awaz aa rahi hai, toh motor belt ya internal motor ka issue ho sakta hai. Is case me technician ki zarurat hogi. Old Machines: Agar machine purani hai, toh parts ka wear and tear natural hai, iske liye replacement parts ki zarurat ho sakti hai.
