Is it really surprising for a woman to dominate a field dominated mostly by men? Thats just not how I felt when i learned shes a CEO of a construction firm. Cause I believe women can excel in anything across any field (extremely physical sports, science, politics, business, etc) and it shouldn't surprise us at all. PS And yes its great.

I really admire this family because of their very close family ties. Not everyone can be like that… imagine, i do have relatives that don’t like us touching things that they’re gonna touch.
