Fresh lumpia Recipe:
1/2 cup of atsuete oil
6 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 medium sized minced onion
1/2 kg of strips boiled pork shoulder
250gms of thinly sliced shrimps
1/2 kg of potatoes peeled and diced or julienned,
2 carrots cubed or julienned
1 green ice lettuce
1kg baguio beans slice thinly
1/2 cup celery minced
1cup of pork stock
1/4 cup of fish sauce
Salt to taste
Sauce:
6 cups water
3/4 cassava flour dissolve in 1 cup water
6 tbps soy sauce
2 cups sugar
Wrapper:
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
1 drop of yellow food color
1/2 cup flour
