Ketika kita mencari Tuhan sungguh-sungguh keadaan kita sering tidak terlihat istimewa di mata orang lain. Bahkan keadaan kita lebih sulit dibanding mereka yang tidak mencari Tuhan dengan sungguh-sungguh. Hal ini seringkali membuat kita meragukan akan keberadaan Tuhan. Menghadapi hal ini kita harus tetap tekun, karena kalau Tuhan tidak memberikan keadaan seperti demikian, motivasi kita untuk hidup benar tidak akan murni. Tetapi percayalah Tuhan tidak akan membuat kita jatuh, Tuhan akan menyertai kita karena Tuhan sedang mempersiapkan kita untuk bisa dipakai dalam pekerjaan-Nya. Kita di hajar Tuhan agar kita memiliki kapasitas, sampai kita melepaskan semua hak dan kesenangan kita demi menyenangkan Tuhan. Jangan takut menyerahkan hidup kita kepada Tuhan.
