I use a couple of Canon PowerShot Elph cameras when I go to the Festival -- I need extra batteries and SD cards to shoot two days worth of performances. They can shoot HD quality videos with zoom, and the sound is great, especially in an auditorium like the one at Blaisdell Center. They're also nice and small enough to fit in your pocket.

+Laura Herzberg This is the perfect wedding hula. I even have a Kealoha playlist, but Natalie Ai Kamauu with her daughter Sha-Lei's hula is one of my favorites -- kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJWqfneuqZZrd9E

+Jody Y Lei Collins wrote this song for my great Aunty Dear for her wedding day, in July of 1940. As I understand, she was indeed much older than her husband. The maiden name for whom Kealoha was written is Josephine Lonokahikini Naukana who was born on August 27,1900 in Honolulu and died in California on May 31, 1981. I never met her but the fact that this song was written for her is part of our family genealogy. Aunty was at some point a professional entertainer and musician, performed with the Hawaii Calls and the original Halekulani Girls. She recorded some songs as the Josephine N Ikuwa Singers (Ikuwa was her married name). So this song also means something to me!
