There are far more shitty and unclassy places in Mumbai than there are in Delhi. Delhi may have loud people but it outshines whatever there is in Mumbai called class. Stop visiting shitty neighborhoods and expect class. I wouldn't even get into Lutyens Delhi, but the area next to the airport called Chatarpur alone is enough to tell what class is. It could be larger than the total area of Mumbai. Idk. Stop stereotyping Delhi from what you've seen in Popular media. It's the center of power. It gets a little too much exposure.

Just by a recent visit to Delhi airport and the surroundings I could make out that firstly it is not safe at all for woman. Men’s look so lusty there also their accent n way of talking is so unclassy n cheap. Ladies are too overboard when it comes to fashion sense. Mumbai is subtle, classy n safe of all. Also the people here are good in talking to strangers.

I am basically from Kolkata but have been living in Germany for last 17 years, I was in Pune while visiting a German language course and I met a lot of guys from northeast, also in my childhood spent lot of vacations with my parents in Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Gorumara forest, Darjeeling, Mirik, Dooars, Gangtok,Nathula Pass, Pelling, Kalimpong, Kurseong, Aizawl, Meghalaya(Shillong) Guwahati, Tezpur and met so many people there, the most lovely, helpful and friendly people.... I visited also Bhutan Thimpu&Paro just wowwwwwww those memories....... Still feel excited about those extra ordinary footballers from Northeast who used to play for east Bengal and mohunbagan..... Sylo Malswama Tulunga, Surkumar Singh, Soso(Somtai Saiza), Baichung will always remain my favourite, Renedy Singh, James Singh, Lalrindika Ralte, Sanju Pradhan, Bikash Jairu..........
