even we felt the same in our graduation..we were a bunch of students who belonged to state board..and not able to speak english properly..we were separated from those cbse and isce groups..but when my friend got the job in ibm...where package was better than anybody..he forgot all his ground rule and became like chetan bhagat 2.0..the thing is our society proudly sponsor these things ..Example why a poor guy in iit get job in google/amazon, people are not highlighting his/her talent or knowledge..people highlight he/she come from a poor background and how he got the job.
