Do not confuse customer for the Business...we should speak truth Solve their problems with service. Salon owner should do respect staff And give the training for latest trends Salon owner should appreciate the staff. So in the floor staff feel good mood he can retain them very well Salon do copy others salon offers n culture .not implemented new things own.. I do promotion for salon business last 12 years have seen after getting clients they don't treat well membership card holder Package n offers you sale them it's good for retention ..but maximum time salon don't care about the service . Customer feel strucked / trapped in package .. wasted money. all salon owner before starting Marketing activities with marketing company you should aware How they are giving tailor your massage to them .
